Janice Gibert

Janice is a native Memphian whose determination and loving spirit has been the driving force behind the success of Senior Care Management Solutions. She formed the company in 2009 with a handful of office employees and caregivers, and today has grown the company to over 200 employees serving disabled individuals and senior citizens throughout the Greater Memphis area and North Mississippi. From day one, Janice has focused on creating a “Culture of Caring” that permeates throughout each and every Senior Care employee.

Janice’s family values and caring for others were formed within her from her youth. Being the eighth of nine children, family has always been the focal point of her life. In addition to nine children, the family took two of her aging grandparents into her childhood home. Naturally, caring for her siblings and grandparents were a part of her upbringing. Today, those values are a natural part of the way Senior Care Management Solutions cares for the families it serves.

Janice is married to Senior Care Management Solutions Director Jason Gibert. They have two children, Riley and Caroline. Janice makes time to be involved in her church and in her daughter’s school as room mother. She also sits on the board of the Alzheimer’s Day Service, and under her direction, Senior Care gives back to numerous organizations in the Memphis community, both elder related non-profits as well as other worthwhile causes not related to the senior industry.

Since the formation of Senior Care Management Solutions in 2009, Jason has made it a point to meet with each new client the company serves. This personal touch from the ownership is one of the service values that set Senior Care apart from other agencies. And the “Culture of Caring” Jason and Janice have created comes naturally.

As a youth, Jason was heavily mentored by his grandparents, Hayley and Marjorie Dandridge. As they got into their 70’s and 80’s, Jason shared in many care giving duties with his mother and sisters. “I think back on my grandparents daily. They could have used a service like SCMS. It would have been extremely helpful for my mother, who was juggling work and a family of her own.”

Jason is married to Senior Care Management Solutions CEO Janice Gibert. They have two children, Riley and Caroline. He is a graduate of Ole Miss where he got a B.A. in English and History. He enjoys trail running, hiking, camping, reading, playing guitar, and spending time with family and friends.
